How does it work?
Which Delivery Options do you have?
We deliver in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, to Aeroparque (AEP) and to Ministro Pistarini international airport in Ezeiza (EZE).
Visit our Delivery and Pick Up Point section for the delivery options and costs.
We also have one Pick Up Point in Palermo Soho and another one in Palermo Chico. This delivery and return option is free of charge.

How long before my arrival should I make a reservation?
You should make your reservation at least 48hs before your arrival.
For last minute rentals, please email us at email@example.com. We’ll do our best to find a solution.
How do you clean the products?
Hygiene is fundamental to us. All the products are cleaned and disinfected with hypoallergenic products after each rental.
How can I pay?
You can pay using the simplest and safest platforms: MercadoPago and PayPal using your credit card. If your reservation is done by email or whatsapp, we will send you a form to fill out and a link for the payment using the same platforms. We do also accept bank transfer
Is my transaction safe?
Our website is safe. Your personal information will be protected. You will pay in one of our platforms that guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data and your credit card information.
What can I do if I don’t find the product I’m looking for in the website?

Do you have a minimum rental period?
You should rent the products for a minimum time of 48hs. It is possible to rent a product for less time but you should pay the maintenance cost that’s calculated for 48hs. In this case, please contact us at email@example.com.
Is there any discount for longer rental periods?
When the duration of your rental increases, the cost per day decreases. It will be calculated directly in our website when you choose the days in the calendar. If you need one or more products for more than one month, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?
Yes, as in every rental, you will have to give us a security deposit for the products you rent. It will be returned to you once you give the products back in time and in good condition. It could be paid in cash or bank transfer. The products will not be delivered without the payment of this deposit. If you need us to deliver the products to your hotel or apartment before your arrival, we will ask you to make the deposit by bank transfer.
How does our cancellation policy work?
If you cancel your order up to 7 days before the rental date, 100% of your payment will be reimbursed in the same way you did it.
If you cancel your order up to 4 days before the rental date, 50% of your payment will be reimbursed in the same way you did it.
There will not be any reimbursement if you cancel your order with less than 4 days before your location date.
Do you do install the car seats?
We do not install the car seats. We will send the instructions to your email, so that you can do it yourself.
Will I be able to install/assemble the products I rented?
For each rental, you will receive an email with the instruction manual of the product, so that you can use them correctly. At the time of delivery, if you have any questions, we will be pleased to help you.
What happens if the product I rented gets broken?
It doesn’t matter if there are some small marks that result from the normal use of the products. If the damages are important or they affect the proper use of the product, we will have to use the security deposit to repair it. If the deposit is not enough, you will have to pay the difference.
If, for any reason, the product is not returned (theft, lost, total break) you will have to pay the amount that’s needed to replace the product minus the security deposit.
Please help us by taking good care of the products, just as we do, so that they can be rented in perfect conditions.

Is it possible to increase the rental period?
Yes, provided our products are available in the calendar. Please, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsApp at least 24hs before the agreed return date, indicating us the new dates you need. If it’s possible, we will be pleased to do it.
In which condition will I receive the products?
Hygiene and good conditions are really important to us. We know the little ones in the family will use them. That’s why we always deliver our products clean and disinfected with hypoallergenic products and in the bags that were designed for their easy transportation and care.
In which condition should I return the products I rented?
Please, return the products in the same condition you received them: inside the bags (they were designed for the transport and care of the products). Please, return the products in good condition and with all the accessories. Another person will be able to use and enjoy them just as you did.
